Reading; apart from fiction, especially interested in Astrophysics' works by leading physicists such as Stephen Hawking, Roger Penrose, Lee Smolin, Raymond Kurzweil, etc., Writing; have contributed articles to the college journals, Music (listening as well as playing, i have a diploma in instrumental music), Astronomy; have been an active member of the Nehru Planetarium, New Delhi, in conducting astronomy workshops and various other activities, philately, football. I have never been very rigid about my dreams and aims in life, as being so puts one in the danger of becoming parochial. This in turn may result in missing out on some important things in life as well as some cloaked opportunities. I also think that to have a successful life, one must enjoy the process rather than wait for the results to validate the inputs. My aim is to be able to look back at my life, forty years or so down the line, and have a smile on my face. |
