It is very difficult for me to describe myself in some words because whatever I have learned in the 21 years of journey of my life can not be described in some words but one thing is sure that my objective is to achieve professional excellence in my work through the process of learning combined with experience and to base myself with dedication and hard work towards the job.

1. Study of NREGA in Distt. Mirzapur (Halia Block)

2. Trade fair (where a new innovative product was found by me and my group)

3. I (with the help of my group) find out the finance practices followed by the company now days.

4. Why grassroots innovations are not converted in to viable ventures? (current research topic).
