The 11-month Executive Programme in Management at IWSB is a full time residential programme.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are going to induct only 40 candidates into the EPM.

We are looking for participants

  • Who have spent at least 5 years working in an organization and preferably have been involved in a leadership role (no limit for maximum work experience)
  • Who are looking to catapult their career to occupy leadership positions in business or not-for-profit organizations
  • Who are self-driven, love challenges, and are motivated to make a difference
  • Who demonstrate high degree of commitment, ownership and accountability.

The Programme is very demanding. It will require long working hours, a lot of preparation and hard work. At the same time, it will be very engaging, invigorating and challenging.

If you love an open and collaborative environment that is highly energizing, if you like challenges and exploring new opportunities, then we would welcome you to apply for the EPM.

A Uniquely Engaging Selection Process

We have a three-stage process of selection.

  • Stage 1: We will shortlist applicants based on their educational background, work experience, and personal profile reflected in the application essays.
  • Stage 2: Shortlisted candidates will be invited to take the Admission Test, followed by personal interviews. These interviews give applicants an opportunity to evaluate us as much as a chance for us to meet you in person.
  • Stage 3: Applicants who make it through Stage 2 are taken on a 2-day outbound retreat to a place not far from Delhi, at our cost. You will engage in multiple exercises – some taxing, others fun – during the two days.

The final list of selected participants will be informed within 48 hours of returning from the retreat.

Selected participants will be required to join the Programme at Greater Noida on June 29, 2009.
