Satya is the Chairman of IWSB Board of Governors. A visionary to the core, he enjoyed a brief stint in Pharmaceutical Marketing with Ranbaxy, before chasing his dreams of being an Entrepreneur. He started Career Launcher, South Asia's leading edu- corporate. Satya is also a certified Crestcom and NTL trainer who has trained corporate bigwigs in leadership and management skills, besides thousands of students, teachers and corporate executives. Satya also supports new Entrepreneurial ventures through his association with TIE. GP belongs to a rare breed of people who are gifted with the competence of understanding education as well as business. He has had successful stints in the industry (Hindustan Petroleum, Britannia, VAM Organic) before taking a plunge as an entrepreneur. While the business numbers are always at his fingertips, GP is a teacher par excellence and IWSB will see him in action in Quantitative techniques and Operations Management. Philip Anderson
Philip Anderson is the INSEAD Alumni Fund Professor of Entrepreneurship at INSEAD. He is also director of the 3i VentureLab and director of the Rudolf and Valeria Maag International Centre for Entrepreneurship. He received his Ph.D. in Management of Organizations from Columbia University. He has a wealth of experience of research and teaching in management and has been a guiding light for IWSB. He is our chief mentor and has played a vital role in shaping the curricula. |  |

Sridar Iyengar is associated with Bessemer Venture Partners. He is an independent advisor to businesses particularly those operating in the US/India corridor. He has been active in US/India economic, business and social issues for the last 15 years. He serves on the Boards of Infosys Technologies, ICICI Bank and Rediff.com and other Indian and US based companies. He will provide his able guidance to the Board of IWSB. |

 | Veeresh Sharma
Veeresh has a Ph.D. in Strategic Management. He brings with him 28 years of industry experience and 12 years of research and teaching in premier B Schools of the country. Resigned from post of Vice President (International Operations) to start a global strategic consultancy organization, he has been a strategy consultant to more than 50 MNCs in more than 41 countries of North America, Europe, North Africa, Middle and Far East. Clients included Fortune 500 corporations among others. Veeresh is also invited as a visiting faculty at MDI and FMS |
Rajkishan Nair
Rajkishan has a combined teaching and research experience of more than 8 years in the area of Economics. He has been teaching at the Delhi University since 1999 and has also worked as a Senior Economist with the Economic Research Foundation, New Delhi. Holding an M.Phil. degree in Economics, he is currently in the finishing stages of his PhD from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi.
His passion for people and education and the bigger dream of a world without hierarchical boundaries has made IWSB his second home. Deeply interested in the prospects of Agribusiness (coupling it with the notion of “small is beautiful”), in the future of the developing world, and with a fascination for Developmental Economics, especially the importance of sustaining traditional food systems, he adds diversity to the IWSB academic team. Krishna has 18 years of industry experience in diverse functions and roles. His main interests are in marketing, marketing research, consumer behaviour and quantitative techniques. He has worked with various leading market research organizations like ACNielson, IMRB and Research International and handled consulting and research assignments pertaining to new product development, market segmentation, pricing, volume forecasting etc for a large number of clients. He is an alumnus of Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), Delhi University. |
Dr. Deepak Dogra
Dr. Dogra draws more than 20 years of experience in multi-national and Indian companies having experience of transforming business thorugh application of mature business practices pursuing the tenets of continous improvement and leadership skills including: Knowledge Management, Organizational Development, Strategic Management, Cross-Cultural Management. Dr. Dogra did his Phd in Business Management from the Department of Management Studies, Indian Institute of Technology Delhi. He is founder editor-in-chief of Fortune Journal of International Management on Diversity Management. He has presented papers in countries like Germany, France and Singapore. He was awarded 'Outstanding Award for the year 1999-2000' by IIT,Delhi and also felicitated at the Rashtrapati Bhavan by the then President of India Dr. A.P.J Abdul Kalam.  | Madhushree Mazumdar
Madhusree, a full time Professor at IWSB, has spent most of her professional life in doing application research for policy planning at the National Institute of Urban Affairs, New Delhi, which is a think-tank for the Ministry of Urban Development, Government of India. She has also worked for Miranda House, Delhi, Loreto College, Lucknow, and the Bangalore University. She holds a Ph.D. in Development Studies from the Institute for Social and Economic Change, Bangalore, with training in Inner City / Urban Renewal Management and Environmental Impact Assessment, and Auditing from the Universities of Birmingham, Bradford and Manchester in UK. She has around 40 years of research, training and teaching experience in urban and regional planning, urban environmental management, with emphasis on carrying capacity, inner city renewal, institutional strengthening for urban management, urban health and environmental hygiene. Madhusree has also been a Senior Fulbright Research Scholar at the Centre for Environmental Design Research at the University of California, Berkeley and the Northeastern University, Boston in 1993-94. Sunil Joshi
Sunil is a senior banking professional with extensive experience of more than 27 years in International and Domestic Banking & academics. He has worked with Punjab National Bank—a premier Nationalized Bank, and ICICI Bank--the largest private sector bank in India. He has also worked with Meadow Bank at Auckland in New Zealand .To share his banking experience with the academic world he joined as Asst. Professor at Amity Business School. Thereafter served as Head of the Department of Management Studies, JSS Academy of Technical Education. Focus of his specialization has been Credit Appraisal, International Finance, Trade Finance and Banking. Thereafter he worked as Deputy Director (Centre for Retail Management) with FDDI, an autonomous society of Govt. of India under the Ministry of Commerce. There he started an MBA programme in retail management. In his last assignment, he worked as Director-Academics with Bangalore School of Business, Delhi Campus. He has also been a visiting professor at various business schools, including the S.P. Jain institute of Management, Mumbai, where he was invited to take up a one-week capsule course on Retail Banking for their MBA students at Singapore.Presently he is working as a professor at IWSB in the area of International Finance. |  |
 | Ishwar Dayal
In 1963, Prof. Dayal came to teach at Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata and later moved to Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. In 1984 he became the founding Director of IIM Lucknow.
Prof. Dayal has been a consultant to many large organizations in India such as Power Finance Corporation, Life Insurance Corporation, Indian Oil Corporation, Indo-Burma Petroleum, Air India, Indian Airlines, National Thermal Power Corporation, Mafatlal Industries, DCM, Voltas, Bank of Baroda and others. He was the Chairman of an 18 – member committee appointed in the year 2000 by Ministry of Human Resource Development to recommend on Policy Perspectives for Management Education.
Prof. Dayal has served on the Corporate Boards of several organizations. He was Chairman, DCM Ltd., for two and half years, and member of the Boards of Bharat Electronic Ltd., Indian Oil Corporation, National Textile Corporation, U.P. Roadways Corporation and several others. He is also member of the Governing Board of many management schools. Prof. Dayal has published 27 books and monographs and over 240 papers in journals and periodicals in India and abroad.

Mirza S Saiyadain Professor Mirza S Saiyadain has been a visiting professor at McGill University, Canada and Universiti Sains Malaysia, Penang, Malaysia. He was a professor in Personnel and Industrial Relations area at IIM Ahmedabad for 27 years. In addition, he has taught at the University of Kansas, USA, and the University of Lagos, Nigeria. He is an active researcher and consultant to various Indian Organizations, UNESCO, UNFPA, AIBD, ASBU, etc., and has coordinated many Executive Development Programmes in Indian and abroad. He has authored 18 books and more than 50 research papers in Indian and international journals. |

 | Somonnoy Ghosh
Shom is the quintessential Operations and Decision Sciences man. He has an experience of fifteen years, both in industry and education. Of these he has spent seven years working with Maruti Udyog in its Vendor Development and Supply Chain functions. Shom has a passion for Operations Management. He is an alumnus of IIT Kanpur and IIM Lucknow. |
R Sreenivasan
A through and through peoples' man, Sreeni defies the stereotype of an MBA Prof in every sense of the word. If there is one word to describe him, it is "creative." With nearly two decades of experience with organisations such as TCS, Sony Corp & Career Launcher, Sreeni brings to IWSB a rich blend of excellent people-related skills and the unorthodox pedagogy that draws heavily from the arts and theatre. Raju Majumdar
Raju has about 5 years of experience in teaching and research. A Masters in Economics, from the University of Delhi and MFC from Banaras Hindu University, he is currently pursuing the Fellow Program in Management from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad. His areas of interest include corporate capital structure, financial derivatives and real options. Apart from being an instructor of financial derivatives and security analysis, he has published 5 research papers in reputed Indian journals. In his last assignment with the Society for Development Studies, he developed a Hedonic Price Model for house prices for two Indian cities of Mumbai and Coimbatore. |  |
 | Sunil Sangra
Sunil has 20 years of multi-sector corporate experience in diverse roles and functions including finance, marketing, strategy management, corporate performance management and business development both as an employee and as a consultant. This is in sectors including banking, media & entertainment, manufacturing and consulting. He has been associated with global consulting firms in the areas of strategy management and has worked as a consultant with numerous organizations in India and overseas. His long-standing interest in academics has led him to join IWSB as a faculty member in Strategy Management and International Business. He has a PGDM from IIM Lucknow preceded by a B.A. Economics (Hons.) from Punjab University, Chandigarh. |
| Dr. Rajesh Kumar Rajesh Kumar heads the Knowledge Resource Centre at IWSB. He is a Ph.D. holder in Geography in addition to M.L.Isc. & C.I.C. Currently he has completed M.Phil in Library and Information Science. He is also pursuing Master in Business Administration. He has developed a Unique Concept “Total Quality Librarian” in the field of Library Science. He has presented about 22 papers in different National and International Conferences at different Institutions. His articles have also been published in reputed Magazines and Journals. Before joining IWSB, he has served in reputed organizations (Indira Gandhi National Open University, New Delhi, Amity Business School, Noida, Sri Sringeri Sharada Institute of Management, New Delhi, Asia Pacific Institute of Management, New Delhi, Asia- Pacific Institute of Management Studies, New Delhi and ICFAI Business School (IBS), Noida). He has served as the Organizing Secretary & member of several National Conferences on Library and Information Science. He has been instrumental in setting up the Library of many of the institutions he has worked with. He is also an elected Executive Council member of the reputed Management Libraries Network (MANLIBNET). He is the life member of ILA, MANLIBNET and IASLIC. |

Shantanu Prakash
Shantanu Prakash founded Educomp Solutions Limited, India’s first school centric education solutions company in 1995, a few years after acquiring an MBA degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. His vision has been to transform the teaching-learning process through the use of technology. Shantanu is also a member of the Board of Globio, USA which focuses on the area of bio-diversity education, and the founder of Education Quality Foundation of India ( EQFI). |  |
