The Post Graduate Program at IWSB aims to create well rounded individuals with a strong entrepreneurial leadership ethos, who can take on the world and leave their mark for others to follow.It aims to instill the following attributes into its students:

·         Acknowledging the role of Citizen Manager in the Society

The PGPM has been designed in a manner that prepares students to apply knowledge acquired in a subject towards managing organizational, business, social and personal situations. The PGPM has been structured in a way that incorporates a multidisciplinary approach which integrates various areas of study and focuses on internalization of knowledge to allow for application of the same at work and in life. The Programme has been broken up into eight broad areas:

5. Market Related Issues

6. Accounting Systems

The PGPM is broken up into six trimesters, each about 12 weeks long, and each year consists of 3 terms. The first year comprises only of core courses, and the second year houses a balance of core courses and electives.The core courses taught at IWSB form an essential part of our curriculum, after which the PGPM students are required to undergo a summer internship programme. The second year provides the students over six majors and more than 35 elective courses to choose from, which means that, at IWSB, students will have no dearth of opportunities to tailor their studies according to their individual interests. These elective courses incorporate the latest trends, practices in business and management. A number of these electives will be taught by working professionals who can bring valuable practical inputs from their respective fields into enriching the classroom experience further.
