By seeing the quality of work Karampreet (PG12 batch student) has done I can say that the students of IWSB are really passionate and dedicated towards their work. They are open to learn and seek guidance. The sincerity they show in their attitude is what makes them different from others and also IWSB a different institute from others.

Personally, I had the pleasure of working with 2 (Uns Noor and Shivani Gupta) such promising associates of IWSB as summer interns at Bliss Inns (P) Ltd. They exhibited excellent levels of professionalism, maturity &effective execution abilities during their tenure.

Monika did an excellent work during her time in our factory. She decided on her own to work in the production area and she was very close to the production steps. Monika was willing to learn, for example, how to spray High Gloss with a manual spray gun on her own, in conditions of up to 50°C in our Paint Booth. She was very friendly and fair, but also, if necessary, firm to the painters in her area of her responsibility.
If nobody gave her work, she asked immediately for more work. Monika showed us a good eye for quality and she was not satisfied, if the quality was not good enough. Summarized, we will lose a motivated employee, who has a well-founded knowledge of production and who is willing to learn more. Monika asserted herself as the only woman in our production

Being a young B-School IWSB has freshness to it. The systems and processes are well established which play a key role in catapulting an institution to great heights. During the selection process for the summer internship the degree of professionalism shown was exceptional. I am sure that in the coming years we are going to hear great things about IWSB.
In Raghav, I found someone who had the hunger to learn and humility. He has the ability to work with minimum supervision and takes feedback very positively. Over the two months I have seen a remarkable improvement in the way he presents his work. Raghav will be an asset to any organization and will surely be among the top performers.

IWSB has had profound influence on a novice entrepreneur like me. I am fortunate to have been associated with them. Satya suggested that I should have one of the interns from IWSB. I am more than satisfied in having a person like Raj who truly epitomizes the vision their Chairman carries for IWSB. I have no doubt that IWSB one day will be known internationally for nurturing (young) entrepreneurs. May be one day I will be able to prove that an entrepreneur need not be young in age.

The dedication and enthusiasm I found in Kiran, reflects the values that an IWSBian possess. Ms. Kirandeep Goraya was always punctual, reliable and trustworthy. I always found her honest, hard worker and enthusiastic. Besides being the joy to work with, Kiran is a ‘take charge’ person who is able to present creative ideas and communicate the benefits. Kiran never took any work as too small and always willingly took up anything given to her. I found Kiran to be consistently pleasant, tackling all assignments with dedication and smile.
She is a team player and would make a great asset to any organization.
